CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2025
By Jennifer Wangui Muchiri, of P.O. Box 79, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Muchiri Kirugumi, who died at Mweru Sublocation, on 4th December, 2021.

By Rosemary Wangari Maina, of P.O. Box 27, Nyeri in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Maina Thwara alias Maina s/o Thwara, who died at Ituiku, Ithani, on 16th July, 1994.

By Francis Gatitu Kuria, of P.O. Box 74, Mukurweini in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaaruku Gatitu alias Nyaaruku s/o Gatitu, who died at Muhito Location in 1960.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
