TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2026
By Hannah Wangu Wahome, of P.O. Box 2275-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wangechi Kamau, who died at Lakeview Hospital in Kenya, on 15th June, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2026
By (1) Lucy Nyambura Kunyera, (2) Margaret Wanjiru Kunyera and (3) Robert Mwangi Kunyera, all of P.O. Box 3-20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edeth Njoki Kunyera alias Edith Njoki Kunyera, who died at Pine Hospital in Kenya, on 4th April, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2026
By John Kuria Methu, of P.O. Box 3-20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erida Wangui Methu, who died at Free Area, on 26th March, 2017.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
