TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E204 OF 2026
By Isaac Javani Mukasia, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Linami Mukasia alias Shinyosi Linani, who died at Mulundu Sub-location, on 15th January, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E207 OF 2026
By Wilson Isiaho Lumwaji, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Lumwachi Isichi alias Thomas Lumwaji Isichi, who died at Mulundu Sub-location, on 6th March, 1974.
CAUSE NO. E208 OF 2026
By Simeon Mujera Inono, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jospat Inono Kharunda alias Inono s/o Kharunda, who died at Kaposkit Sub-location, on 11th October, 2006.
CAUSE NO. E213 OF 2026
By Mark Maranda Chogo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Agesa, who died at Kapsengere, on 12th May, 2002.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
