CAUSE NO. E330 OF 2024
By Milka Jemenjo Sang, of P.O. Box 396–30100, Eldoret in Kenya,
the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Zakayo Kipkorir Sang, who died on 15th October, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2025
By (1) Anna J. Kumuge and (2) Robert Kipchirchir, both of P.O. Box
850–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son,
respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate
of David Kipyego Chepsiror, who died at Racecourse Hospital, Uasin
Gishu in Kenya, on 8th January, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E304 OF 2025
By Virginia Wangare Greiner, of P.O. Box 1906–30100, Eldoret in
Kenya, the deceased’s niece, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Lilian Wangui Kamau alias Lilian Ruthworth,
who died at St. Lukes Hospital in Kenya, on 8th August, 2023.

By Rahab Wambui Maina, of P.O. Box 7032–30100, Eldoret in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Chege Wanyoike, who died at Moi Referral Hospital in Kenya, on
30th December, 2007.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
