CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2024
By (1) Philip Kitur and (2) Mary Chepkemoi Cheluget, both of P.O.
Box 71, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate
to the estate of John Kitur Chelule alias John Kitur arap Cheluget, who
died at Litein Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 29th September, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E126 OF 2025
By Rotich Stephen Kiplangat, of P.O. Box 50, Longisa in Kenya,
for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Chesosur Magerer alias Kiprotich arap Magerer, who died at Kipyosit
Sub-location, on 1st April, 1982.
CAUSE NO. E146 OF 2025
By Benard Cheruiyot Korir, of P.O. Box 239, Bomet, for a grant of
letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sawe arap Sang, who
died at Goitabsilibwet, on 3rd January, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2025
By Raeli Sigei Kenduiywa, of P.O. Box 30–20405, Sigor in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Kipkemoi arap Ruto, who died at Nogirwet, on 4th August, 2008.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
