letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsoi arap Kositany,
who died at Kiptome, on 7th July, 2008.
CAUSE NO. E263 OF 2025
By (1) Joseph Kiptanui Korir and (2) Philiph Korir Kiporos, both of
P.O. Box 86, Roret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Francis Kipletch Langat alias Francis Kipleitich
Langat, who died at District Hospital, Kericho in Kenya, on 22nd
February, 1988.

a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipyegon
G. A. Chepkwony alias Gabriel Kipyegon Chepkwony, who died on
29th April, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
