TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E80 OF 2025
By Arshad Mohamed Ali, of P.O. Box 81532- 80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of the will annexed to the estate of Mohamedali Adam Haji Ali, who died at Dwidal Hospital, India, on 9th August, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2025
By (1) Peter Kahr and (2) Viktor Kahr, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Irmgard Kahr alias Irmgard Waltraud Kahr, who died on 28th March, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
