TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Alim Hansraj alias Alim Amirali Velshi Hansraj, of 20, Waterside Road, Wellingborough, NN8, 1PB, England, United Kingdom, the executor named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of will annexed to the estate of Amirali Velshi Hansraj, who died at Mombasa, on 31st May, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
