TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2025
By (1) Lorna Rebecca Atieno Holla, (2) Grace Ayaa Yuniah Holla, (3) Leah Anyango Holla and (4) Mary Akinyi Wilson, the deceased’s widow and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barrack Henry Holla, who died on 28th October, 2016.

By (1) Deborah Owira Otieno and (2) Nicholas Omondi Othieno, both of P.O. Box 50333- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Delano Akwir Odongo Othieno, who died on 29th November, 2024.

By Jagdeep Singh Brah, of P.O. Box 2610, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harjit Singh Brah alias Harjit Singh Nihal, who died Miwani West, Kisumu, on 23rd January, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2026
By (1) Farrah Nanji and (2) Shabin Nanji, of 7852, Goodland Street, Burnaby, BC, VSE, 2H6, Canada, the executives named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of the will of Shamsudin Gulamhuseen Nanji, who died at Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada, on 16th June, 2019.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
