TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2026
By (1) Maina Kamau, (2) Eveleen Wangari Kamau and (3) Pauline Wangari Kamau, all of P.O. Box 130, Murang’a in Kenya, the deceased’s brother and sisters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Irene Njeri Kamau, who died at Nairobi, on 20th September, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Beth Wangari Mweha, of P.O. Box 77323, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pharis Mweha Njoroge alias Mweha Njoroge alias Pharis M. Njoroge alias P. M. Njoroge alias P. Mweha Njoroge alias Phares Mweha Njoroge, who died at Nairobi Women’s Hospital in Kenya, on 24th March, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2025
By (1) David Kiragu and (2) Kevin Nguthi Kiragu, both of P.O. Box 59141-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Jane Mutuhi Kiragu, who died at St. Francis Hospice Havering-Atte-Bower Essex, on 1st March, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
