TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2025
By Joseph Rubia Ngugi, of P.O. Box 1547-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ngugi Rubia, who died at Gatamaiyu, on 14th April, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2025
By (1) George Nyoromwangi, (2) Elijah Njuguna Mwangi and (3) John Kariuki Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 139, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mwangi Kagoyia, who died at Nandarasi, on 17th June, 2009.
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2025
By (1) Benson Kimani Kangara and (2) Alex Mwangi Kangara, both of P.O. Box 1-20302, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kangara Kimani Chege, who died at Nandarasi, on 5th September, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
