CAUSE NO. E294 OF 2025
By Abel Mogaka Motende, of P.O. Box 956–40200, Kisii in Kenya,
the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Onchonga Rangondi, who died on 19th February, 1972.
CAUSE NO. E321 OF 2025
By Lukas Okioga Timi, of P.O. Box 35–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Livingstone Timi Nyaboga alias Timi Nyaboga, who died at
Kisii Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 13th October, 2006.

By Susan Rose Nyaberi, of P.O. Box 32–40200, Kisii in Kenya,
the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration
intestate to the estate of Bermedo Kemoni Omurwa alias Kemoni
Omurwa, who died at Nyamataro, Bomatara, Kisii Township, on 15th
August, 1984.

deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Naftal Mose Maikuru, who died at Kisii Level 6 Hospital in
Kenya, on 22nd September, 2016.

By Risper Kwamboka Mokua, of P.O. Box 35, Kisii in Kenya, the
deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Philip Mokua Ondieki, who died at Nyanguru Location, on 1st
December, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
