TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2026
By (1) Josephine Moraa Omambia, (2) Emmanuel Akama Omambia and (3) Janet Kwamboka Omambia, through Messrs. S. N. Soita & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Omambia Mugoya, late of Kapsoya, who died on 27th September, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By (1) Kibet arap Letting and (2) Margret Chepkemboi Kipsaina, both of P.O. Box 521, Kitale in Kenya, through Messrs. Limo R. K., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsaina arap Sang, who died at Kwanza Sub- location, on 25th May, 1989.
CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2026
By (1) David Kipkurgat Kosegi, (2) Sammy Kipkemboi Kosegi and (3) Christine Chepchirchir Koli, through Messrs. Limo R. K., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkosegi Maiyo, who died at St. Lukes Hospital in Kenya, on 26th July, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By (1) Johana Kipkorir Kemboi and (2) Reuben Kemboi, both of P.O. Box 2180- 30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Limo R. K., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kipkemoi Chepkeitany alias Joseph Kipkemoi Chepkaitany, who died at Kipsoen, on 22nd February, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
