CAUSE NO. E259 OF 2022
By Pacifica Bosibori Ratemo, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the
deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Charles Ratemo Nyakoe, who died at Bogusero South
Sub-location, on 17th July, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E338 OF 2022
By Jacob Onchiri Nyansimora, of P.O. Box 2464–40200, Kisii in
Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of
Patrice Nyansimora Mochama, who died at Nyamemiso Sub-location.

intestate to the estate of Bonareri Ondari, who died at Ram Hospital in
Kenya, on 25th September, 2020.

Sakawa Okari, who died on 5th September, 2004.
CAUSE NO. E441 OF 2025
By (1) Yunes Moraa Nyaboga and (2) Onesmus Tumbo Nyaboga,
both of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son,
respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the
estate of Harrison Nyaboga Oirere, who died at Bosongo M. Centre,
on 11th May, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
