IN THE CHIEF MAGISTRATE’S COURT AT NAIROBI
PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2024
By (1) Grace Wangui Munge and (2) Joshua Ndaiga Munge, both of P.O. Box 74308- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, through Messrs. Shako & Co., of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Peter Munge Ndaiga, late of Mwihoko, who died on 30th May, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
