TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E257 OF 2024
By (1) Zakayo Odhiambo and (2) Hannington Owino, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Okoth Kuoch, who died on 9th February, 2013.
CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2025
By Zachaeus Ochieng Otieno, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Otieno Ondoyi, who died on 1st September, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E163 OF 2025
By Wellington Odhiambo Otiende of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Nyagweth Otiende, who died at Kisumu County Hospital in Kenya, on 9th March, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
