TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E428 OF 2025
By Octavious Muthee Kamau, of P.O. Box 58, Kianyaga in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Kingangi, who died at Rukenya, on 31st August, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E430 OF 2025
By Ephantus Muchiri Kagwi, of P.O. Box 1081, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kagwi Japhat alias Kagwi Japhat Nijru, who died at Rukenya, on 14th February, 2018.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
