TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2025
By Andrew Kipchumba Kaplagat, of P.O. Box 33–30700, Iten in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplagat Yano Kamargach, who died at Kaptum Sub-location, on 4th August, 1997.
CAUSE NO. E341 OF 2025
By (1) Michael Simiyu Munyole and (2) Naomi Ruth Munyole, both of P.O. Box 7897–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josephat Munyole, who died on 5th March, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2026
By (1) Christopher Kiplagat Yator, (2) Esther Jelimo Samson and (3) Teresia Chemutai Samson, the deceased’s son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Kipyator Ngeny, who died at District Hospital, Eldoret in Kenya, on 20th December, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2026
By Jane Kosgei Jepkemboi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kipkosgei, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 9th April, 2003.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
