TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E350 OF 2024
By (1) Leah Jemutai Kemei, (2) Elizabeth Jepng’etich, (3) Dinah Jepchumba Kemei and (4) Sammy Kipng’etich Ruto, all of P.O. Box 3830–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Kimaru Kimutai & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptum Kemei, who died on 10th January, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2025
By (1) Kiprop Chemelil and (2) Zipporah Cheptarus, both of P.O. Box 564–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kobilo Kipkechem, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th January, 2006.

By Diana Indiekule Shitseswa, of P.O. Box 49, Soy in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, through Messrs. Cheruiyot Kirui & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janet Sakwa, who died at Vumilia, Soy, on 19th February, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E387 OF 2025
By (1) Lilian Injera Kakai, (2) Nora Recha and (3) Recha Muchemo Reagan, through Messrs. Buluma & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eliud Recha Walutsachi, who died on 13th November, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
