TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E195 OF 2025
By John Kimaiyo, of P.O. Box 59, Kapcherop in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chesum Kwanyege, who died at Tenden, on 20th April, 1982.
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Matilda Nabwire Sireka, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Bokose Nathan, who died on 21st December, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
