TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E191 OF 2025
By (1) Peter Kipkirui Rotich and (2) Geoffry Kipchergei Koskei, both of P.O. Box 55, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kikwai Sigei, who died at Chepkolon, on 9th October, 1998.
CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2025
By Kipkoech arap Terer, of P.O. Box 19, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tapsahei w/o Kipterer arap Kerotwet alias Chemutai Katlotwet, who died at Longisa Hospital in Kenya, on 4th November, 2023.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
