TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E197 OF 2025
By Ashman Momanyi Bwoma, of P.O. Box 2, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arisa Onyambu Nyambega alias Onyabo Nyaboga, who died at Siamani, on 16th September, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E223 OF 2025
By Gichana Onsongo Stephen, of P.O. Box 2- 40500, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Gichana Onsongo, who died at District Hospital, Nyamira in Kenya, on 13th January, 1990.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
