By Margaret Kaingu Nyamawi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaingu Nyamawi Masha, who died on 8th June, 2005.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By (1) Mwenda Anastasia Kidoti and (2) Alfred Kombe Lugo, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kidoti Lugo, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 21st February, 2019.

By (1) Kahaso Mwachenye Lugo and (2) David Mwaguhe Mwangala, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwachenye Lugho Kidoti, who died at Mitangoni, Majajani, on 10th April, 1997.

The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
