TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2026
By Vincent Onyango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antony Sunguti Okwalo alias Atomio Sunguti, who died at Shibembe, on 11th November, 2002.
CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2026
By Edinah Lydia Makonjio, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Trufosa Wakhu Opwoko, who died at Butere County Hospital in Kenya, on 7th February, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E51 OF 2026
By James Wilberforce Mwangi Anene, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jason Anene Likuyi, who died at Muyundi, on 16th June, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E53 OF 2026
By Daniel Makanda Mukabana, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Shituma Odera alias Joseph Shituma, who died at Ibokolo, on 24th March, 2009.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
