TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2026
By Carelus Ogayi Ogodo, of P.O. Box 676, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogodo Ochola, who died at Ouko Ondenge, on 9th August, 1990.
CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2026
By Francis Werer Katolo, of P.O. Box 21- 40301, Kendu Bay in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosemary Okoth Were, who died at Kanyango Sub-location, on 17th December, 2021.

By Rosemary Akinyi Onyango, of P.O. Box 100- 40301, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letter of the administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Onyango Ayanga, who died at Kogweno Oriang West, on 3rd July, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2026
By Magret Adhiambo Alal, of P.O. Box 27- 40301, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Alal Ogot alias Alal Ogot alias Ogot Alal, who died at Kobuya Rachuonyo North, on 22nd May, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
