By Salina Kobilo Kibet, of P.O. Box 102-20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Kibet Kimuge, who died at M.S.C.H., on 18th November, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2026
By Freda Jelagat Negtech, of P.O. Box 13-20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philemon Kipkoech Chemorgeu alias Philomen Kipkoech Chemurgen alias Philemon Kpkoech Chemurgeu, who died at Mercy Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 13th February, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2026
By Mathew Kibichii Kiboitio, of P.O. Box 16-20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptorus Kipgoito, who died at Chemogoch, on 12th April, 2016.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
