CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By (1) Charles Mutugi Mbuko, (2) Marion K. Mbuko and (3) Judy Nieri Gacigo, all of P.O. Box 3, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuko Ngari, who died at Kerugoya Hospital in Kenya, on 19th August, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2026
By (1) Zachariah Murage Njeru and (2) Hesbon Murage Njeru, both of P.O. Box 1106, Kerugoya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Symon Njeru alias Symon Njeru Kaboi, who died on 17th November, 2018.
CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2026
By Dominic Njogu Njine, of P.O. Box 3, Kianyaga in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Njine Muriuki, who died at District Hospital, Hospital in Kenya, on 15th April, 2021.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
