CAUSE NO. E261 OF 2025
By (1) Domitila Mbula Muoki, (2) Boniface Kilindi Muoki, (3) Moses Muthini Muoki and (4) Vincent Mwithiki Muoki, all of P.O. Box 7224-00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Mwithiki Muoki, who died at Matuu, Machakos, on 7th June, 2016.
