TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E407 OF 2025
By Rosa Atieno Ayeke, the deceased’s daughter, through Messrs. L. M. Ombete & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Buliru.
CAUSE NO. E433 OF 2025
By Peter Anguko, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anguko Mutonyi, who died at Maseno Hospital in Kenya, on 12th August, 1984.
CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2026
By (1) John Ang’ango Obunake and (2) Wilfred Abwao Kong’o, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dishon Angang’o alias Obunaka Ang’ango, who died at Ebutanyi Sub-location, on 17th May, 2006.

By John Okonda Otima, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Filonica Okwisa Otima, who died at Ebusiekwe Sub-location, on 19th July, 2003.

By James Maina Akoyi, of P.O. Box 197-50314, Emuhaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njirro Amayi, who died at Ebulonga Location, on 18th November, 1997.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
