TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E445 OF 2025
By Henry Francis Andele, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Musumba Ngota Mburu alias Musumba Kongo, who died at Maseno Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 25th October, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2026
By Clyde Nabakwe Mole, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jofes Nabakwe Jairo Mole alias Jofes Nabakwe Jairo, who died at Embali Sub-location, on 8th July, 1994.

By Wycliffe Anzigale Musasha, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Vushasha Anzikale alias Shem Mushashia, who died at Kegondi Sub-location, on 28th January, 2019.

By (1) Vincent Olusaba Olusula and (2) David Nambuto Marebwa, both of P.O. Box 197-50314, Emuhaya in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marebwa Amatonye, who died at Ebulonga Sub-location, on 7th November, 2020.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
