TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2026
By Julius Nyerere Ambundo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gloriah Winfred Ambundo alias Gloria Ambundo, who died at Khushiku, on 25th May, 2017.
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Anne Gakenia Muriuki, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Mwinami Obunaka alias Simion Mwinami, who died at Mushiangubu, on 12th August, 2006.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
