TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2026
By Bob Otieno Owuor, of P.O. Box 1-40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Owuor Otieno alias Onduso Otieno, who died at Kambija Sub-location, on 14th January, 2011.
CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2026
By Kilimes Ooko Odero, of P.O. Box 328, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justinus Odero Raumi, who died at Kombok North Sub-location, on 24th June, 1976.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
