intestate to the estate of Thomas Ngare Macharia, who died at Komu, on
16th March, 2020.
CAUSE NO. E144 OF 2025
By (1) John Kamanu Nzioka, (2) Joseph Wambua Nzioka and (3)
Elizabeth Wambui Mwangi, all of P.O. Box 29, Sagana in Kenya, the
deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of
administration intestate to the estate of Esther Wacuka Nzioka alias Ester
Wasuka Nzioka, who died at Kagio Nursing Home, on 19th May, 2008.

the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to
the estate of Kamau Kanyonyo, who died at Tetu, Gacharu, on 22nd

The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to
the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30)
days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
