PROBATE AND ADMINISTRATION
TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2026
By (1) Esther Akinyi Omoro and (2) Jane Akumu Ochieng, both of P.O. Box 1- 40302, Ndiwia in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Ojwang Owiro alias Paul Owiro, who died on 13th April, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2026
By Jane Anyango Oyoo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Oyoo Omulo, who died on 2nd March, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
