TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2026
By Naomi Mayiamei Tataiya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Tataiya Mokinyo, who died at Esampukike, on 30th May, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By Zawadi Rehema Lemayian, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mani Lemayian alias Mani Lemayian Mepukori, who died at Central Business Area, on 23rd February, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By (1) Kempe ene Lengete, (2) Dickson Orumoi Lengete and (3) Christopher Mitiaki Lengete, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lengete Kipainoi Kores, who died at Central Business Area, on 20th February, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
