By (1) Stephen Kipngetchi Ngeno and (2) Simeon Chepkwony Ngeno, both of P.O. Box 596, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipgeno arap Bor, who died at Kapkures, on 7th December, 2009.

By (1) Hellen Cheptoo Bett and (2) Macdalenah Chepkirui Bett, both of P.O. Box 63, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiber arap Koros alias Kiber Koros, who died at Kaptembwo, on 24th November, 1976.

By Richard Kipkoske Cheruiyot, of P.O. Box 248, Bomet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkemoi arap Maritim alias Kipkemoi arap Maritim, who died at Kimenderit, on 14th July, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2026
By (1) Bii Kipkorir Wesley and (2) Erick Kipgeno Bii, both of P.O. Box 96, Ndani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mosonik Bii Kigeno alias Kibi Mosonik Ngeno, who died at Tenwek Hospital in Kenya, on 14th January, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
