CAUSE NO. E64 OF 2026
By Peter Macharia Mwangi, of P.O. Box 29- 01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Njaga Kamau, who died at Githunguchu, on 24th October, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2026
By Michael Njoroge Njuri, of P.O. Box 61, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njuri Mathiaka, who died at Nembu, on 5th June, 1999.

Box 425- 01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gacheru Kamau, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 28th November, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2026
By (1) Beth Wanjiku Kirago and (2) Samuel Githongo Wambui, both of P.O. Box 241- 00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kirago Kiburu, who died at Gatundu, on 16th July, 2002.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
