TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E182 OF 2025
By Mercy Wanjiku Ndung’u, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndungu Njonge alias Patrick Ndungu Njonge, who died Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd June, 2025.
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026
By (1) Lucy Wanjiku Kinyua, (2) Elizabeth Waruguru Kamundia and (3) Priscilla Lindsay Wambui Njonge, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Wainaina Kinyua, who died at Wagall Manor Hospital, UK, on 27th May, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
