CAUSE NO. E305 OF 2025
By Zacharia Okelo Maranda, of P.O. Box 191- 40400, Suna Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andericus Maranda Kiriga alias Maranda Kiriga, who died at Suna, Lower Location, on 13th February, 2012.

By Thomas Rioba Getangita, of P.O. Box 748- 40400, Suna, Migori in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gibayi Burure Giyabe, who died at Nyamotambe Sub- location, on 2nd August, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2026
By Romanus Odongo Ogodo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominicus Ogodo Nyakore, who died at Mikei Location, on 26th June, 2002.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
