TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2026
By (1) Grace Wangari Muhiu and (2) Moses Mathenge Kimani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Gitau Ndungu, who died along Thika Superhighway, on 11th April, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2026
By Boniface Gitari Gatimu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Waguthii Gitari, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 17th October, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
