TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2023
By Kennedy Momanyi Nyagucha, of P.O. Box 1, Kenyeyna in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moraa Nyakeriura, who died at Ekware, on 15th November, 1980.
CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2025
By Joseph Gekonge Arasa, of P.O. Box 643- 40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Arasa Otwori alias Arasa Otwari, who died at Amabuko, on 3rd April, 1996.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
