TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E604 OF 2025
By (1) Esther Nyambura Kibugu and (2) John Irungu Kibugu, both of P.O. Box 7- 10200, Murang’a in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibugu Ndua Mwangi alias Kibugu Ndua, who died at Maragi Sub- location, on 19th July, 2023.
CAUSE NO. E669 OF 2025
By (1) George Mwaniki Munene, (2) James Muchiri Munene and (3) Nancy Wangeci Munene, all of P.O. Box 54058- 00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jean Njeri Munene, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 26th February, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2026
By (1) Stephen Maia Muchoki and (2) Mary Waithira Kimani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Wanjiku Muchoki, who died at Murang’a County and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 30th January, 2024.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
