TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2026
By Moses Kawa Swali, of P.O. Box 42, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Florence Majila Fuketi, who died at Tande, on 26th August, 2016.
CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2026
By (1) Agnes Wakhisi and (2) Airen Namarome, both of P.O. Box 42, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wakhisi Patisi alias Benjamin Wakhisi Patisi, who died at Batali, on 22nd January, 2014.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
