TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2026
By Walter Donald Obado Ookok, of P.O. Box 255- 40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fred Jason Obado alias Fred Obado Oyule, who died on 5th July, 1984.
CAUSE NO. E68 OF 2026
By (1) Monica Achieng Arango and (2) Paul Ochieng Randiak, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Consolata Juma Arango, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 4th May, 2010.
CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2026
By Caroline Anyango, c/o P.O. Box 378- 40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magdalene Ochieng Olouch, who died at District Hospital, Siaya in Kenya, on 17th April, 2011.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
