TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E541 OF 2025
By (1) Josphine Siameb Ochieng and (2) Joseph Nyong’o Ochieng, both of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Narius Ochieng Imbaya alias Larius Ochieng Imbaya, who died at Obambo, Siaya, on 10th July, 1995.
CAUSE NO. E63 OF 2026
By George Ranginya Oindago, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ondago Oloo, who died at Sifuyo, on 19th May, 1971.
CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2026
By (1) Jacklyne Auma Ahenda and (2) Irene Awour Malomba, both of P.O. Box 83- 40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Odero alias Hanure Odero Odhiambo, who died on 5th August, 1992.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
