TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E367 OF 2025
By (1) Dorca Kwamboka Anderea, (2) Mary Moraa Onsisi and (3) Mariah Binsari Ondieki, all of P.O. Box 1584- 40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Nyaiyo Okemwa, (2) Osinsi Okemwa alias Onsinsi Okemwa and (3) Ondieki Okemwa, who died on (1) 1st May, 1986, (2) 5th July, 1987 and (3) 4th December, 1974, respectively.
CAUSE NO. E415 OF 2025
By James Nyakwara Matinde, of P.O. Box 590- 40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matinde Moragwa, who died at Metembe Sublocation, on 2nd August, 1981.
CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2026
By Marisera Kwamboka Onsongo, of P.O. Box 2, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Onsongo Ayaga alias Onsongo Ayaga, who died at Sikonge Village, on 25th December, 1977.
CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2026
By Mary Teresa Mosinini Ongeri, of P.O. Box 590- 40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ongeri Nyakundi, who died at Township Location, on 6th June, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
