TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E214 OF 2025
By Jared Momanyi Mose, of P.O. Box 92, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Boke Ongaki, who died on 7th June, 2015.
CAUSE NO. E246 OF 2025
By Alfred Messa Oare, of P.O. Box 200- 40501, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Momanyi Nyagwencha, who died at Amatierio, on 5th April, 1988.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
