TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2025
By Calleb Jomo Onguti, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Onguti, who died at Isena, on 3rd March, 1999.
CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2026
By Kennedy Orenge Omete, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Omete Mautia, who died on 21st February, 2003.
CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2026
By Nyang’au Ontita Amaya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyang’au Ontita Amaya, who died on 23rd December, 1974.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
