CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2025
By Gladys Nyanchoka, of P.O. Box 1- 40700, Kilgoris in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willington Nyandieka Okenye, who died at Nyangena Hospital in Kenya, on 29th October, 2024.
CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2025
By Simion Lekumok Tiepon, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leteipa Nabiki ole Tiepon, who died at Oloiborsoito, on 29th March, 2021.
CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2026
By Susan Nashipai ole Sambei, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oloomu ole Sampei Kireu, who died at Olmotonyi, on 27th November, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2026
By Joseph Kipsiciei Cheruiyot, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheruiyot arap Maritim, who died at Murkan, on 12th August, 2012.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
