TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2026
By Leah Mumbi Muigai, of P.O. Box 57, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) David Muigai Muiru and (2) Peter Mbyiu Muiru, who died on (1) 4th October, 2019 and (2) 14th November, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2026
By Nancy Nettie Waithera Karanja, of P.O. Box 3, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Karanja Muiruri, who died on 5th February, 2022.
CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2026
By Jane Nyambura Kabiru, of P.O. Box 329- 20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kabiru Maina, who died at Benedict XVI, on 2nd September, 2025.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
